Changzamtok L S School Vs Rinchen Kuenphen Primary School
Toss : Chamgzamtok L S School and elected to bat.

The First Match of Thimphu Under 15 school tournament between Changzamtok Lower Secondary School and Rinchen Kuenphen Primary School saw some blistering hits from both the school players as Changzamtok School after winning the toss elected to Bat first put on a competitive score of 116 for the lose of 4 wickets in their allocated 20 overs match. Mr Sushil Sharma, the opening batsmen of Changzamtok school knock of 54 shows his experience of playing domestic and international match abroad. Rinchen Kuenphen did drop few catches of sushil sharma who was batting on single figure, which changed the match against them. Rinchen kuenphen batting collapsed in the beginning but when sangay tenzin start to dispatch the balls over the park, they could sense the victory would be on their way, his brilliant inning of 31 showed determination that given time and chances victory would have been on their side, but they were all out for 49 runs in 13 overs. As far as fielding prospect for both the team, there were many miss field amongst both team which literally gave away more than 20 runs in extra.

Yangchenphu School Vs Jigme Namgyal School.
Toss: Won by Yangchenphug and elected to bat first.
Time : 9:00 AM
The second match between Yangchenphu Higher Secondary School and Jigme Namgyal lower school was one-sided match for Yangchenphug School as they were psychological hot favorites for the cup. Yanghcenphu school led by Kencho Norbu after winning the toss didn’t not hesitate to bat first putting on a commanding total of 121 runs on the board in their allocated 20 over, Skipper Kencho Norbu led his team by example scoring 41 runs to help his team in commanding position. His knock of 41 earned him the man of the match award as they bowled out jigme namgyal school for 30 runs. Jigme Namgyal school kids showed a great temperament in the field holding few brilliant catches and energetic throughout the match.
Mothithang Middle Secondary School Vs Zilukha Lower Secondary School.
Toss : Zilukha L S School and elected to Bat.
Time : 2:00 PM
What would have been a contesting match of the tournament between Motithang School and Zilukha School as both school were poses few under-15 probable players, Zilukha school batting look promising at the start as the both the opening quickie bowler from Mothithang fired with good spell to all out Zilukha School for mere 29 runs in 12 overs. Mr Ugyen Dorji from Motithang school took 4 wickets in 3 overs conceding just 3 runs bagged away the Man of the Match award. Motithang Openers played sensible and steer their school to comfortable victory in 9.2 overs.
