Late in the Office.

I came to office late by two hours today due to heavy rain downpour, i woke up at 8:30 am and look out the windows to see rain pouring down, got the blanket covered again and watched TV. Sometimes unforced error like this kind happen if you are staying far away from office and have to come by motorbike in rain. Imagine if i had come as usual to office i would have been drench into water and might get cold.

Indeed today had been an much brighter side for our team as we won the match by 1 wicket, our bowling has been pretty good and we could restrict them to 101 all out in 22 overs of 30 overs match. My friend Tobgay was brilliant in the field and bagged 3 wickets and i had one, our young boys showed good temperament while fielding and batting as well. Our batting was not upto the expectation of where we should be batting, anyway it did go well and the bet the we were playing was shared among the team mate by having lunch in the nearby restaurant. I have lots to do today and my laundry is still lying in the bathroom, got to go to my aunty's place. Weekend for me ends with the cricket match in the morning and visit to friend and relatives place in the afternoon, is that what you guys do in weekend.

Weekend Ahead!

I don't know what is the weekend gonna be, was thinking of going to my aunty place and sister place, been weeks since i last went. The weekend here is spent especially hanging around with friend. O yeah it is saturday and nite of EPL football ,looks like i will have to go home early and cancel all the appointment for visiting aunty place and sister place. Tomeorrow have cricket match againist the same team that we played last sunday, and hopefully we can win this time.

Dull week.

Yeah this week has been very dull for me...i can't do anyting nor did anything. The day start when you come to office at 9:00 clock in mornng, then make a visit to the ground and see. After office hour is over just go home and watch TV. I had a net practice sesion yesterday with few players and it was fun ..yes it does give you bit of enjoyment, i have been looking for a house to stay, the one which i am staying really sucks, the water doesn't flow in the tap and i have been really having a hectic in the kitchen and my laundry piled up. Lucky for me i doesn't have to take shower at my place as i am a member of health club where i can do steam and sauna bath.

Cricket Day

Today i had a nice cricket game leading my young side to play against local club team from thimphu, having won the toss and elected to bat we put up an total of 123 in 30 overs which is pretty comparative comparing the strength of their batting line up. I had a bad luck being out LBW (Leg Before Wicket) which is turning point for them, i was batting well and getting my feet moving well as well.When our fielding turn came up....i was opening with one of my young fast bowler, we got quick three wicket conceeding not much run, ,at one stage we are ahead of them but we missed few early chances of catch and run out. At the end they won the match by one wicket. It was fun playing especially on weekend and refreshed you from everything. Still lots to come ..but for now..am going for lunch.

Good Day

The Day was pretty good with all sort happening with me. I had to drop someone lugagge and get few tips on how to pave way. I had a way to do it..and pretty good that i could get all my work done in time. My brother came up and did share his thought of getting a good job. I had to brief him about the latest vacancy available in the town. am hungry..and still with the net, life moves pretty fast with me.

Over View of the Ground!

The day seems to favor me as the rain continues to rain when the city is in dull state of all the work. I am indeed happy that at least our ground would be wet and grass can get their water, and yeah they still need the kind of nutrients and I scoped a bucket of urea …I gasp let the grass get their food and flush green scenario of the ground. The work is still at large as far as the ground condition is concern for a good cricket match. Within a span of a year the ground look much better than before where it has been rugged and skinny grass feed on it and people walk all over the place creating new footpath. You can’t get the maximum satisfaction of the new look of your ground unless it is covered with green cover of grass, I have the pain when it deteriorate during the winter and have to take all sort of action to make them come into new life. “Hard Isn’t to play” and yet it need good care.

Football Fever

I woke up 8:30 am in the morning, my eyes still stuck in the sleep. The night was just awesome with full excitement watching the UEFA Champion League, i just love football,it is language that bar none from it. My Cousin brother was busy with my laptop which i brought for some unfiished work.. he just got hold of some music which i saved it in the laptop. He had a nice go with me the night as i asked him to prepare coffee so that i would keep my eyes open for the Football ... which inevitably would not like to miss it. When the football ended 3 Am in the the morning i was literally half sleep. As morning sun rays hit into my room , i opend my eyes and realised that it's just awesome and troublesome for missing the sleep, and hope that i could get all my focus with my work.

GOT MOWED CRYSTAL CLEAR!!

Gosh!! this is breath taking task that i handled today. Had to get the ground mowed within a period of just half day. It started with the getting down the lawn mower from the store which probably lies 100 mtrs above the ground, had to get it down with a friend of mine. I was wondering where shall i begin mowing, i gasp!! then a freind of mine put an idea to start from the corner,hour passed after mowing ...the ground seem to look bigger...hahah had to sigh and then start yet again..at the closest of the sun set, the ground sudenly look like it has got his hair cut for the month.I light a cigarettes and the got help from my younger players to get the lawn mower reach his place. I watched it from the top pavillion to see the ground look absolutely great and .. i wisper to the player..."mate the ground is ready for play" they giggled and applaud me...i had a clear look at the ground and "yeah that was pretty awesome work that i did" lights a cigarettes and smokes
